Jason is a 20-year automotive industry veteran and innovator. He is the founder and Chairman of Echo Automotive, a company that develops technologies and products that allow the cost-effective conversion of existing vehicles into highly fuel-efficient hybrids and plug-in hybrids. In addition, Jason is the founder and former President of SMA, a Tier 1 supplier to General Motors. He is an amateur racer and automotive aficionado.
Jim is the founder and former CEO of privately held Phoenix, Arizona-based OEM Surplus, Inc., a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer and innovator. OEM Surplus, Inc. has over 250 employees, two national manufacturing facilities, two international manufacturing facilities and operations in ten countries. Jim is also a successful small business investor, real estate investor and real estate developer. He is an avid car collector, restorer and amateur racer.
Matt is an 13-year automotive entertainment industry veteran. He is the former Sales Manager of Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, an American performance driving school specializing in racing, karting, teen driving and law enforcement driving education. Matt is also a former Barrett-Jackson Sponsorship Manager. While at Barrett-Jackson he worked with some of the largest and most notable automotive and lifestyle brands in the world. Matt is an amateur racer and automotive event specialist.
Scott is a Scottsdale-based real estate developer with over 15 years of real estate development, venture capital and finance experience. He has been responsible for acquisition, financing, development and disposition of projects in the commercial, hospitality, mixed-use and residential sectors. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Fordham Graduate School of Business.
Jim is a Scottsdale-based real estate developer and founder of Saxa, Inc., one of the Southwest’s largest commercial developers. He has developed over 90 commercial, mixed-use, entertainment, industrial and residential projects in seven states during his 25-year real estate career. Jim has received numerous industry awards to include NAIOP’s Phoenix Developer of the Year (three times).
